Street-corn style with mayo, cotija-style cheese, lime, and chili powder. An authentic Mexican classic that guests rave about.

Dorito Elote
Mexican elote taken to the next level with crushed Doritos for crunch and bold nacho flavour. A total crowd favourite.

Spicy Sriracha
A fiery sriracha sauce glaze with butter and seasonings. For the bold guests who love heat — always the first to run out.
